Our Promise to our customers is that we will always do our best to help make sure you are 100% satisfied with our products, our customer service and your customer experience. It’s all a part of our philosophy and motto. We will WORK HARD to make you happy.
We would rather bend over backwards to say “yes” than to our customers than say “no”. If there is a way to improve your experience and make sure you are happy with your purchase, our team is ready with the authority to make the decision to do so!
Your customer experience should be as hassle-free and easy as possible. If you see a way that we can improve, please let us know via phone or email. We will be happy to hear your suggestions and requests. If we feel they will help us better engage with our customers, we will be happy to implement it.
How can I order?
Currently, the only two ways to purchase our products are to either order from TheHarderIWork.com or visit our retail store in The Shoppes at Medford Mill at 18 Charles St, Medford, NJ 08055 in person. We are working on more retail outlets.
What is your exchange policy?
Our exchange policy is simple. If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it and we will be happy to replace it without question. There is never a restocking fee or a service charge for returned products.
