We understand that not everyone has the ability to work, but for those who do, we believe that the words of 2 Thess., 3:6-12 speak volumes.
We strongly feel that working hard is good for the soul and that work should not be shunned.
Our brand is for those who know that if they work hard, good things will follow. We support this concept with our products by helping to remind you of why you do what you do.
Whether you are working hard on the job site, in the office, in the home (YES we know how hard moms work!), at your sport, or on your side gig, we support your hard work!
10% of our profits go towards helping educate and train people to develop the skills needed to get good jobs or even create their own.

With their first exposure to hard work at the ripe old age of 12, Angelo and Chick Capoli helped out in auto parts warehouses helping their father grow his fledgling auto parts sales firm. Chick, Sr. set an example by growing his company from an office in the living of their New Jersey home with a desk and a phone to the premier firm in the industry. His hard work paid off and provided Angelo and Chick with an example on how to be diligent and eventually benefit from the fruits of their labor.

Angelo addresses most every work task as a problem that needs to be solved. Problem solving by looking at it from both top-down & bottom-up is his superpower. He has never been afraid to get his hands dirty or to work hard for his family. It’s in his blood. There have been times when he has had 3 or more jobs. As can be seen to the right, he’s not above any of them.

All organizations need an engine to power through the day-to-day grind. Chick gets it done! Without Chick, our brand would be nowhere! At the ripe old age of 4 Chick was selling rocks as pets to his neighborhood friends. Shortly after that the “Pet Rock” was introduced nationwide. Chick has always been ahead of the current trend. His passion is Villanova Basketball and his motivation for getting up in the morning and going to work is the little girl in this picture – his daughter Annalise.
